Your Appointments are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometime schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 Hour Notice for all cancellations. No exceptions!

Strictly enforced 24 Hour Cancellation Policy!

All Appointments In our Salon are required to be reserved with a credit card.  In the instance you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window before your appointment - your card on file will be charged for your service.  Please note there are no exceptions to this policy.

This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keep our services scheduled and filled at all times. No refunds will be given as a result of a shortened session due to client’s tardiness or missed appointments.
